American Anthropological Association

AAA seeks student volunteers to assist staff during the 108th AAA Annual Meeting in Philadelphia, PA, December 2-6, 2009. As compensation for donating at least 10 hours of their time, volunteers will receive complimentary AAA student membership for one year.

We are looking for volunteers who are professional, self-motivated, reliable and ready to learn. Opportunities are available in the following areas: Anthropology News (Writing), Anthropology News (Photography), Press Room, Job Placement Service, Exhibit Hall, Membership Booth, RACE Public Education Project Booth, Information and Directions, and Poster Session Set-Up.
