Following last week’s record-setting snowstorms, the AAA office is back open and staff are working hard to meet member needs. This post is a friendly reminder that there are several important deadlines coming soon.
- Applications for the AAA Minority Dissertation Fellowship program are due this Friday, Feb 19, and nominations for the Boas, AAA/Oxford U Press, Textor and Media awards are due March 1.
- Votes for the resolution on Honduras must be submitted by this Friday, Feb 19.
- Public policy forum proposals for the 2010 annual meeting are due March 1 through the AAA website.
- Proposals for annual meeting invited sessions and media submissions are due to sections throughout March (some on March 1). Check with your section for deadline details.
- Proposals for volunteered sessions, individual paper and poster presentations, and special events are due April 1 through the AAA website.
