The John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation today named 23 new MacArthur Fellows for 2010. Congratulations to AAA member Shannon Lee Dawdy (U Chicago), who received a fellowship. Dawdy uses archaeology and historical preservation techniques to study New Orleans.
