Anthropology Professor Receives Teaching Award

Michael Galaty is the recipient of the Archaeological Institute of America’s 2010 Excellence in Undergraduate Teaching Award. Galaty is an anthropology professor at Millsaps College and AAA member. 2010 Fulbright-Hays Applications Available

The US Department of Education invites applications for new awards for the 2010  Fulbright-Hays Doctoral Dissertation Research Abroad (DDRA) program. This program provides opportunities to doctoral candidates to engage in full-time dissertation research abroad in modern foreign languages and area studies for 6-12 months.
Applications for 2010 support are due December 1, 2009.
